Context & Goals

This platform offers candidates the opportunity to view job offers, apply, discover companies via detailed profiles, and communicate with recruiters via instant messaging. Companies, for their part, can publish offers, promote their employer brand with personalized content and use advanced tools to recruit the best profiles. The main challenge was to design a competitive and flexible solution while ensuring a smooth user experience for both parties.

Our Approach

1. Research & Strategy
From the start of the project, we worked closely with the Ma Carrière Immo team to identify the specific needs of candidates and recruiters. This allowed us to improve user journeys based on the real expectations of the real estate market. We also defined a clear strategic positioning, aiming to make the platform a major player in recruitment in this rapidly changing sector. This in-depth research phase was essential to align the client's objectives with effective and sustainable technical solutions.

2. Visual and UX Design
The visual identity and models were designed by the Flowthesun.io agency, which created a modern and ergonomic interface, perfectly adapted to user expectations. Our team then took over to develop and integrate these models, ensuring that every detail was faithfully reproduced. We also worked with the client to optimize user journeys and add advanced features.

3. Development with Bubble.io
We used Bubble technology to develop the platform, which allowed us to meet budget constraints while providing maximum flexibility. This solution allows the client to modify certain content themselves, which increases responsiveness and the ability to adapt to market needs. At the same time, we have added advanced features such as LinkedIn synchronization, allowing candidates to pre- automatically fill in their information, the integration of Google Reviews to improve the credibility of companies, as well as onboarding email sequences to support and retain new users.
