They sought to enhance their visual identity to stand out in a competitive market and to modernize their website to provide a better user experience.

In an industry where trust and credibility are paramount, it was crucial for the client to have a strong and memorable visual identity. They also aimed for their website to be user-friendly and reflect the human aspect of their service by highlighting the faces of teachers and students. Another challenge lay in the diversity of nationalities among website visitors, originating from various countries around the world and exhibiting diverse user behaviors. The new version of this platform needed to appeal to different personas.

Solution

1. Visual Identity Definition: We collaborated with the client to establish a unique color scheme that reflects their modern approach to education while remaining appealing to their target audience. We also redesigned their logo to make it more modern and professional.

2. User Experience (UX) Optimization: We analyzed the user journey on the existing website and identified friction points. By working on information architecture and navigation, we enhanced the overall user experience to facilitate the search for teachers and appointment booking.

3. User Interface (UI) Design: Building on the defined visual identity, we created attractive and intuitive UI mockups. This included modern layouts, elegant typography, and eye-catching visual elements to engage visitors from the moment they land on the site. To build trust with visitors, we placed the faces of teachers and students at the center of the platform. This added a human touch and allowed visitors to better connect with the service offered.

4. Development on Webflow: We selected Webflow for website development due to its flexibility and optimal performance. This enabled the client to easily modify and update site content themselves in the future, without requiring advanced technical skills.

Results

The redesign of the visual identity and website has significantly enhanced brand perception and led to increased user engagement. Humanizing the platform has bolstered visitor trust and facilitated the conversion of prospects into clients.
