Convergences is an executive recruitment and human resources consulting firm, with established expertise in the Southeast Asia region. For more than 15 years, they have supported companies in the selection of leaders capable of responding to current and future challenges.

Context and Goals
Convergences also offers consulting services in performance management, succession planning, and change management, in addition to outsourcing services such as payroll management and performance monitoring. Their need was twofold: to modernize their brand image to reflect their leading position in the region and to have a functional, user-centered website, integrating a Job Board to facilitate talent recruitment.
Our Approach
1. Research & Strategy
We conducted an in-depth study of the market and Convergences' competitors, to enable us to understand sectoral dynamics, customer expectations, and identify strategic opportunities to strengthen their positioning. We have defined a distinctive positioning that accentuates Convergences' expertise in leadership and recruitment in ASEAN, while adapting communication angles to reach a targeted audience in an impactful way.
2. Branding & Visual Identity
We have developed a strong visual identity, reflecting Convergences' values of leadership and excellence. This included the creation of a new modern logo, a professional color palette and a consistent graphic style, designed to reinforce the credibility of the brand.
3. UX/UI mockups
We designed accurate mockups on Figma, with a focus on intuitive navigation and an optimal user experience. Our models have been designed to facilitate access to key information such as the services offered, case studies and the Job Board.
4. Web and CMS development
The site was developed with a personalized CMS allowing simplified management of job offers and content. The integrated Job Board offers robust features, optimized for recruitment and application management. Development included rigorous testing to ensure a smooth user experience across all media.
Results
Thanks to this collaboration, Convergences now has a modern and efficient platform, both elegant and functional. Their new site strengthens their online credibility, while making it easier to recruit senior executives and manage their HR services. This project helped position Convergences as a key player in their sector, with visual and digital communication that matches their expertise.
