Context & Goals

Their need was to create a strong brand identity and a modern website that would reflect their unique expertise, combining deep local knowledge with international standards. Being accustomed to working with governments, large institutions, and NGOs, their message needed to be relevant and serious while adding a modern touch to the classical landscape of websites in their ecosystem.

Our Approach

1. Research & Strategy
We conducted an in-depth analysis of Cambodia's sustainable development sector to understand the specific challenges and expectations of various stakeholders. This study allowed us to define a distinctive positioning highlighting Concorde's dual expertise: their local roots and international vision of sustainable development.

2. Branding & Visual Identity
We created a modern and professional visual identity that embodies Concorde's mission. The new logo and graphic charter reflect their role as a catalyst for sustainable development in Cambodia. We chose a color palette and graphic style that evoke both innovation and sustainability while remaining true to the company's values.

3. UX/UI Mockups
The Figma mockups were designed with particular attention to clearly presenting Concorde's various projects and initiatives. The site architecture was conceived to highlight their expertise in sustainable development and infrastructure, with intuitive navigation allowing visitors to quickly understand the impact of their work in Cambodia.

4. Web Development & CMS
The site was developed on Webflow, offering a smooth and modern user experience. We emphasized performance and accessibility while integrating features such as a CMS, allowing for dynamic presentation of Concorde's projects and achievements. The site is fully responsive and optimized for all devices.

Results

The new website and visual identity now perfectly reflect Concorde's position as a leader in sustainable development in Cambodia. The platform allows them to effectively communicate their projects and impact while strengthening their credibility with international partners. This digital transformation has helped consolidate their image as experts combining local expertise with international standards in sustainable development.
